Our Position on Data Sales
Seeniq LLP does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. We have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months and have no plans to do so.
We also do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under CPRA.
How We Use Your Data
We collect and use personal information solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Seeniq platform. Specifically:
- Running AI engine audits and generating visibility reports for your dental practice
- Processing payments through Paddle (our Merchant of Record), which acts as an independent controller for billing data
- Sending transactional emails such as audit reports and service notifications
- Analyzing aggregated usage patterns to improve our service

Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
- Delete your personal information
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (not applicable — we do not sell or share)
- Limit use of sensitive personal information (not applicable — we do not collect sensitive PI as defined under CPRA)
- Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights
How to Exercise Your Rights
To submit a request related to your personal information, email privacy@getseeniq.com with “CCPA Request” in the subject line. We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days.
You may also exercise your rights through your Seeniq account settings once you have an active subscription.
Verification
To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before fulfilling any request. We may ask you to confirm the email address associated with your Seeniq account or provide additional identifying information.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization signed by you, and we may contact you directly to verify the request.
