Effective Date: March 29, 2026

Last Updated: March 29, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the Seeniq platform and services operated by Seeniq LLP. It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all users, including free audit users, subscribers, and agency customers.

1. Intended Use

Seeniq is designed for dental practices and authorized dental marketing professionals to monitor, analyze, and improve their practice’s visibility and accuracy across AI search engines. All use of the Service must be consistent with this purpose.

2. Authorized Use

You may use the Service to:

  • Monitor AI engine responses about practices you own or are authorized to manage
  • Generate audit reports for practices under your management
  • Track competitors that operate in your local market for benchmarking purposes
  • Share white-labeled reports with your clients (Agency plan only)
  • Use correction guidance to improve your practice’s online presence
  • Export your own audit data for internal business analysis

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must NOT use the Service to:

3.1. Unauthorized Monitoring

  • Audit practices you do not own and have no written authorization to manage
  • Monitor individual providers without practice-level authorization
  • Conduct surveillance on competitors beyond the benchmarking features provided

3.2. Data Manipulation

  • Submit false, fabricated, or misleading practice information to inflate scores
  • Create fake practices or phantom locations to game the system
  • Manipulate Ground Truth data to make errors appear resolved when they are not
  • Use multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

3.3. Reverse Engineering and Extraction

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Attempt to extract or reconstruct our scoring algorithms, analysis pipeline, or prompt library
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service beyond the provided APIs
  • Build a competing product or service using insights derived from the Service

3.4. Abuse and Interference

  • Overload the Service with excessive API requests beyond your plan limits
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security controls
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Interfere with other users’ access to the Service
  • Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications

3.5. Harmful Activities

  • Use audit reports or data to harass, defame, or intimidate competitors
  • Misrepresent audit results to patients, partners, or the public
  • Use the Service in connection with any illegal activity
  • Publish or distribute misleading claims about competitors based on their Seeniq scores

3.6. Resale and Redistribution

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service (unless on an Agency plan)
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Provide Service access to third parties outside your organization without an Agency plan

4. Agency Plan Responsibilities

  • You must have written authorization from each practice owner before adding their practice to the Service.
  • You are responsible for your end-clients’ compliance with this AUP.
  • White-labeled reports must not misrepresent the source of the data or analysis.
  • You may not use the Service to generate audits for practices you do not manage for the purpose of unsolicited cold outreach on your own behalf. This does not restrict Seeniq’s own marketing activities.

5. Rate Limits and Fair Use

  • Each plan includes defined usage limits (audit frequency, number of monitored practices, API calls).
  • Automated access via API must respect rate limits communicated in the API documentation.
  • We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that materially exceed normal usage for their plan tier.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to abuse@getseeniq.com with details of the violation.

7. Enforcement

7.1. We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP at our discretion.

7.2. Violations may result in:

  • A warning and request to cease the prohibited activity
  • Temporary suspension of your account
  • Permanent termination of your account
  • Legal action, if warranted

7.3. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking enforcement action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Service or other users.

8. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
